100% total satisfaction is our only priority. We focus on making your order right, but if there is ANY problem, let’s work together to make it right.

All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

All shipments are insured against loss or damages.

Additional Charges for Oversized Items
Additional Handling and Oversized charges may apply for certain items. Any additional costs for shipping are charged by the carrier.

Shipping
All orders are shipped United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service from Fabius, NY. We DO NOT ship outside of the United States or to APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders are shipped complete within 2 to 4 business days of confirmed receipt of payment. Custom Order Items ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of confirmed payment. Delivery can vary based on your distance from the manufacturer, so please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery. If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by email.

UPS ground fees start at around $15 for the continental US.

US shipments (including AK, GU, HI, VI, PR) are sent:
~ UPS ground ~ 3-7 days travel time
~ UPS 3 day select ~ 3 business days travel time
~ UPS 2 day air ~ 2 business days travel time
~ USP next day air ~ 1 business day travel time
~ USPS First Class mail ~ up to 10 business days travel time
~ USPS Priority Mail ~ 1-3 business days travel time
~ USPS Xpress Mail ~ 1-2 business days travel time

The shipping fee is based on weight automatically calculated through our shopping cart. All shipping times quoted are based on the time it leaves our warehouse (2-4 days after the order is placed). If you need something to arrive overnight or within 3 business days, please contact us at 1-217-428-4231. Pick-ups are not available.

Order Tracking
All shipments are sent by traceable method only. Once Central Enterprise LLC has added the tracking number to an order, tracking the package en route is available at either the USPS or UPS website. The following phone numbers can be used:

Once a tracking has been added to your account and emailed to you, it is your responsibility to divert and clear up any receiving delivery issues with the carrier. Any packages with failed delivery that are returned to our office will be charged all delivery costs including return shipping, packaging/handling and a 20% restocking fee.

Shortages or Damages
Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking charge in addition to shipping/freight charges will be added on all customer refused orders.

Items damaged in transit MUST be reported to us within 48 hours. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim. Upon receipt of your items, you are responsible for visually inspecting any package before accepting it from your carrier. If your package has heavy visual damage simply refuse delivery and the item will be sent back to the responsible manufacturer.

Returns – Return Merchant Authorization (RMA)
No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. For return authorizations, please contact Central Enterprise, LLC at simplywroughtiron.com@gmail.com We will contact the manufacturer, discuss requirements, then notify you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and directions for your return. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number or proper return documents may be refused.

Important! After you request a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA), Central Enterprise will provide you with an RMA number and directions on what to do next. Please do not send any items back without the RMA number or we will not be able to issue a refund.

Custom Order Returns
Custom orders cannot be returned unless issued a Return Authorization Merchandise due to manufacturing error or shipping damage. If you would like to return a custom order, contact Central Enterprise LLC immediately upon receipt of item.

Undamaged Product Returns – Product Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason or would like to exchange for a different item, please notify Central Enterprise LLC within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please Note: With items that fall under this category we will refund the full purchase price of your item(s) excluding any actual shipping & handling charges, or restocking fees charged by the manufacture warehouses or distribution center(s). Exchanges may have adjusted charges according to the price differences. You will be responsible for the shipping on the exchange, or return item(s).

If the return is authorized, the returned merchandise must be returned in new and re-salable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials or documentation. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging.

The shipment must be pre-paid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.

Shipping and insurance, as well as all handling is the responsibility of the customer.  Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.  Central Enterprise LLC retains sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return and credit of merchandise.

Refunds or Credits
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, Central Enterprise LLC will issue a credit against the method used for payment. Central Enterprise LLC will issue such credit in the amount of the full price of the item MINUS delivery fees and restocking charges. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you will be credited.

Central Enterprise LLC will issue Refunds or Credits within 7-14 calendar days from the time we receive your returned merchandise.

Refunds or Credits may take longer to process during peek or holiday shopping seasons.
